Key Program Details

Scope

Internal employee SMS program only. This is not used for patient marketing.

Enrollment

Employees opt in during onboarding by signing the Employee SMS Consent Form through our Gusto HR platform.

Message types

HR notifications, compliance training reminders, document signing requests, scheduling updates, and payroll alerts.

Message frequency

Typically 2 to 8 messages per month, with a higher volume during onboarding and training.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates apply and the company is not responsible for them.

Employee SMS Consent Form

Employees enroll by completing and signing the Employee SMS Consent Form during onboarding, distributed and signed electronically through Gusto. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment.

Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Other opt-out keywords also work: CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL.

Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS delivery is handled by Twilio, and HR and payroll functions are handled through Gusto. These providers receive information only as needed to operate the program, and not for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Phone numbers and consent records are retained for the duration of employment plus four years after separation, in accordance with applicable employment law requirements.
